Update: the employee in question has stated that the situation is being handled in a manner SHE is satisfied with, so I withdraw my statement that your company was unprofessional. Completely unprofessional way to handle discrimination. Glad you terminated the employees involved in threatening the harrassed employee but asking the employee who was victimized to change the record was beyond trashy.
