June 2015 we called Everdry Waterproofing to come out due to the obvious, water in our basement. Salesman sold us on lifetime warranty, waterproofing and even stated they are "so confident in their system that customer could finish basement same day as install without any issues". Three and a half YEARS later and at SIX work orders and multiple service calls on our basement, our basement is still damp, musty, moldy. Have even thrown away personal items due to mold growth.... I scheduled my appt for free estimate, no one ever called to confirm as they mentioned and no one showed. So I call back to reschedule and now I have to have my husband there with me, which I didn't at the original appt. I manage the money and maintenance projects for my household, I am a grown educated adult I know if I can make this decision on my own. I love this company, I am one of the show staff I love being in this line of work, this company is not a job but they are family. They treat the employees and customers amazing and I am so proud to call Ever Dry my career!;!
Took way longer than we were told. The guys would come late but still leave on time or early. The workers were nice and respectful when there. After installation, we continued to have water in our basement. I would call and not get call backs until I would get angry. We had to have them return 4-5 times before the basement stayed dry. Each time though I had to call and call to get them to come back. We were told in the beginning that it would be such a dry basement that we’d be able to convert it to living space....ha!
