We recently hosted a 50th birthday party for 50 at our home in the east of Melbourne. We engaged Alex to take care of the food and service, and were in good hands from the moment we said “leave it to you, Alex!’ Alex selected and appointed the caterer, menu and service staff, and designed and oversaw the run of the night.
