I've had two experiences now with Evenflo, and both times, with different employees, the service was exceptional. The first call involved a couple of clogged drain pipes. I called to make an appointment, and instead I had someone at my house within the hour. The second experience involved a water heater which was starting to leak. I had a new water heater hooked up and ready to go within three hours. I have had nothing but good outcomes in dealing with Evenflo.
These guys are amazing! I was just about to go to work on my wife stopped me and said the water heater is leaking all over the kitchen I was able to turn off the water and give him a call they were there that afternoon. We have a brand new water heater and it's working perfectly. Can believe they could get it done all in one day.
Called Jim early this morning, only 2 days from Christmas and on the weekend. He sent Max out to check things out and he did a great job. Got me back in hot water, and that's a good thing. Thanks Jim for having Max respond so quickly when we were not sure if we could expect anyone to be available on Christmas weekend. Max did an outstanding job!
Had Evenflo out today, got here before projected time, even with the vehicle issues Max had, that guy deserves an extra whatever you hand great employees.
A shout out to Evenflo! I have been using the company since I moved to Corvallis in 2011. Every time I call, there is a cheerful, friendly voice at the other end. The one emergency I had was handled promptly and the other work they did was usually scheduled within a week. Last week Chase installed a toilet and changed out a pressure valve for me. I had tried to fix my old leaky shower several times, but the parts were too corroded for me to replace and I was afraid the whole shower fixture would have to be completely torn out and replaced. Then I called Evenflo and Charlie came to the rescue. He was on time, friendly, professional, and he fixed my shower in minutes without having to tear out the shower! Thank you Evenflo and Charlie! I will never use any other plumber; you guys are miracle workers!
Had gas hot water heater replaced. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Appreciated their attention to detail and being conscientious about laying plastic on carpet coming in & out of house. Definite professional service. Special thanks to Charlie!
Evenflo Plumbing did (and always has) a great job. The tech , Kyle, called before he came. He showed up on time and went right to work. He recognized the problem and immediately went to work. He did quote the price before he started.. He answered all our questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable,and a really nice guy!!! The work was done quickly and better than our expectations. We thought it would be hard to top last year's anniversary gift to each other (a new vacuum), but alas... This morning we invited Shawn over to install a new hot water heater after our old one leaked all over the floor and stopped working last night. We heard that #17 is the hot water tank anniversary so we are right on track. #dangthatcoldwateriscoldrightnow
