Unresponsive. Shows up 2 hrs late or not at all. Does not answer phone, sometimes returns calls or texts. Caused Over $800 in damage to my fence and gate during service. Hires scab labor and does not oversee their work during the job. Did an OK job trimming trees. However, this gentleman does not know how to run a business.
Bernabe came to my house gave me an estimate , he set a date (saturday june 30) and never showed up and never called. He wont return calls. The worst service ever. One star is too much for this company. No bueno.
In reading his other reviews I was already prepared for him to be late, so it was okay that he showed up later than expected. It started to rain and I thought we would have to reschedule. Bernie laughed and said what rain??? LOL. Our Mexican Palm was well over 40 ft (So I was just happy he took the job)! I'm happy to say that 3 man crew, 3 hrs later, tree was down, trash was cleared & hauled away for $$$ compared to $$$$ other tree svcs quoted!!! The quote "Better late than never" Is absolutely correct!!!
