Done my sister Gaulle bladder surgery yesterday she seems ok
First encounter with the front desk receptionist @ Physical Therapy Clinic was almost enough to go somewhere else. Not only did Ottley the receptionist mess up scheduling my appt with Veterans Choice Program, she is very conceited rolling her eyes and is super rude. Word of advice, get a new reception for the physical therapy clinic. Nobody likes being corrected and told "I Know" as they roll their eyes at you.
Everyone was so great with us yesterday. we have had many procedures done at ERH over the years and the staff has always been. amazing with us

The worst! Seriously, twice as much for a surgery here than it is 45 minutes away in Park City. I would risk bleeding to death driving to Park City in an emergency than go to the ER here, cause chances are you are getting flown to SLC anyhow.

It's pretty ridiculous when your are in serious pain and the nurses just sit around d and laugh while you are crying if u aren't going to do anything why do u have posted that pain management is ur goal I got major attitude from the nurse dotti if u aren't going to help why the hell are you here
