I just want to say thank you to ALL the amazing staff here at ERH. I have never had such great care before. My care plan was explained in a way I could understand and all my questions answered. The staff stayed late taking time away from their families to help me feel better. Could not be more blessed to have all these great people in our community.

I needed to have some lab work done, so I called in advance to see how much it would cost after my insurance. I thought the quote was great and went forward with the lab work. I received my bill yesterday, TOTALLY had a heArt attack, it was 4x what was quoted. Called my insurance, called the billing department, just knew I was in for bad news. Much to my surprise!!! I would like to thank the drs,. the beautiful nurses who cared about how I was doing and always there when ever I needed them, they are truly angels the food staff, the janitorial staff ,the vampires, tecnisions, and any other staff members, I cant remember names but the skinny ER dr was grait. Thank you to Dr Pullins and the wonderful staff at Evanston Regional Hospital. I had a full knee replacement and have received such wonderful care. I would never get the attention and pampering at another hospital or such expert care when I had problems. I would always recommend this hospital!
The entire staff of Evanston Regional is fabulous. We were treated very well from the minute we walked through the door for knee replacement surgery for my husband. Kudos to doctors and staff for a job well done. Food was great - we even had a nice lady bring homemade cookies to our room one afternoon. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
