I had a wonderful experience at Webster Dental yesterday, if you can say that about a dental appointment! I was there for cleaning and a checkup. and everyone was a delight to deal with: Stacy at the front desk was welcoming, cheery, and helpful. Micihelle, who cleahed and checked my teeth, was great--supportive, informative, and just made me feel relaxed. (I had been tense before the appointment--not unusual, I am sure!) My first experience with Dr. Besse and he seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone was very friendly.
My husband and I and our children have been patients of Richard Tye’s For about 40 years. Somehow the practice’s transition to Webster was never communicated to us although I know letters were sent. When I expressed my surprise at the changes as well as disappointment that no one tried to ensure that we knew of the changes, the desk receptionist was plainly rude!
