As always, it was a very satisfying experience--from beginnng to end. Sully at the front desk answered all my questions and called in a prescription I needed for my next appointment. Pharmacy called when I got home--it was ready for pickup! Michelle was great with my cleaning and polishing--did not seem to rush, yet was very efficient and I was never uncomfortable. And it was great to see Dr Tye and to have him decide on my next steps--he has truly earned my trust and I will sorrely miss him as he retires. I look forward to ... read more

I have always received tremendous and personal care from the entire staff at Webster Dental. From Dr. Tye, Michelle, or Sully, customer service is the best. Your appointments are always on time.
I can’t tell enough people about how much I love Dr M Pelk !!! She always goes way out of her way to help her patients. I have always been afraid to go see a dentist but with her I can’t wait to see her. I feel protected with her
Since my dentist moved into Webster dental I have had 2 emergencies they are absolutely wonderful and do everything in their power to help you
I didn't know that what I thought was my routine dental cleaning appointment would result in separate appointments. I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned, but only received X-rays and had to schedule two separate cleanings. They are deep cleanings, but I never had to schedule two appointments before. This is my 1st visit to this group (my dentist is new to this group) and I guess there are "rules" of how they do business.

The new place Dr. Pelc is now at is very nice, clean, staff is helpful and friendly. It’s nice to see a familiar face when you walk into the office. Theresa we are so thankful you are there to greet us.
Webster Dental provides very effective service in a friendly environment. I recommend it.
