Rude, Rude Rude.
I appreciate that loud, screaming children are not welcome in a fine dinning restaurant where people pay good money to enjoy a quiet evening. I will eat there all the time just for that policy alone.
I am disheartened and appalled that anyone of any caliber could treat a customer with such blatant ill will. I will never visit your restaurant, nor will I ever recommend anyone visit. I believe and attitude adjustment is in order as well as an apology for humiliating a wonderful family when they supported your establishment.
I have never been nor will I ever go to this establishment. I do not have young children, but I would not visit a place that treats children so badly. Unless you are a 5 star gourmet restaurant that children would not go to because it's well known not to bring them to their establishment, there should not be a problem with well behaved children coming to eat at your restaurant. PUT SIGNS UP AND LET IT BE WELL KNOWN TO PEOPLE THAT THEIR CHILDREN ARE NOT WELCOME TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible! You cannot treat people like that who pay your outrageous prices and are forced to endure the unprofessional treatment of your staff! I will never, nor will my family and friends dine at your snooty establishment! RUDE!!!!
