My daughter and I have eaten there twice and I've also had dinner there with good friend. Absolutely love the place. Food is excellent. Highly recommend Evan's if you are going to South Lake Tahoe area.

I have been coming to this restaurant since the late 70s when it was known as Chez Villaret, and it has always been my favorite, hands down! I am pleased to report that exceptional quality is still found here. For the ultimate dining experience make sure to indulge!

Words cannot express my feelings towards this restaurant! My husband and I make a point to visit Tahoe just to come to Evan's! The food and ambience at Evan's is always perfect and worth every dime. It is our favorite date night restaurant.
We went here for our anniversary and I was completely blown away by how wonderful the service and food were! I absolutely loved each and every dish we had!
My partner and I go to Lake Tahoe at 2-3 times a year. Evans is always on the agenda. When we're at home in San Francisco, we wish Evans was closer so we could have a nice meal. We have never been disappointed with the food. It is always beautifully presented and always Delicious. The desserts are the perfect ending to any meal you have at Evans. You don't know what you're missing until you eat there.
