Nicely run apartment building. Pedro is very polite and helpful.
Best place to live and rent in Celebration, the Management and Staff are always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. They have events for the residents and treat you like family. Going into our 4th year!
How often is trash pickup? New to the area. We're here on a relocation with my husband's company so don't know much about the Apartment and it's amenities.
We just leased an apartment and Pedro was absolutely wonderful! He showed us locations of several different apartments and even accommodated us when we wanted to switch to a different one (twice!). He went above and beyond and was friendly and kind the entire time! So far our experience has been great, the easiest leasing process I've ever been through. The two clubhouses look gorgeous, this is definitely the best property in celebration to rent. We checked out Sola and Emerson and nothing holds a candle to Evander.
I am really disappointed with Evander Square. Despite of good common areas , like pools and club house , they are almost unable to be used. You can only use the lounge areas during day-time until 6pm only!!! And the grills are frequently broken!
Great, New, Clean, Friendly place in Celebration Florida close to Disney and my Mortgage/Business Lending Office (SEGE Management and Funding) 1420 Celebration Blvd.....Serving our Community, our State, our Country. Celebration has been a great experience for me and my family....Go Storm!!
Clubhouse closes at 6 pm so you can't really use it.
