Living here is not being the best experience! I don´t feel a client mindset in here, the opposite, I feel like Evander Square is doing me "a favor" to let me pay a fortune to live here. New appartments oppening on the same avenue and if it doesn´t change this mindset of how they treat residents, I do not think it will last after new better places oppenings. Vehicle vandalism is out of control and Evander takes no responsibility and does nothing to correct the problem.

After living here for almost 2 years I can’t wait to get out of here. Service based on the high rent rates continues to decline. They even expect residents to buy and replace the water filters on the refrigerator that THEY own!! Whenever there is a problem or concern management only makes excuses and never accepts responsibility. And good luck with contacting them if you do have a concern. I have to send emails 2-3 times before anyone bothers to even reply.
They will raise your rent every year. If you’re looking for a short term lease it’s fine but any longer beware. Plus management changes every 9-12 months so you never know what you’re gonna get.
