Certain nurses and carers have abused me. I don't have the support l should have not even from the doctor l see at the facility. If you have a family member who has a mental illness do not put them in this place as there are some nurses and carers that will abuse them and there is no way of contacting the CEO. No email address nor phone number. And if they have the doctor l see at the facility they will not help. Even though it is a medical issue. It's only a very few of the nurses and carers that make this place unbearable.... read more
I love visiting Eva Tilley and meeting the residents and the team. Everyone is professional and friendly and I love all the interesting things that are on every day. The other highlight is a morning tea and a chat over a cuppa. Well worth a visit if you would like to volunteer or spend time with some truly remarkable folk.
Eva Tilley has a welcoming and comfortable environment, with clean and well-maintained facilities. 🌿 The staff are generally friendly, respectful, and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors. The common areas are organised and provide comfortable spaces to relax and socialise. Some areas could benefit from small improvements and updates, but overall, it appears to be a well-run facility with a positive atmosphere. 👍
I used their respite services for my wife and found every member of the staff, as well as management, to be responsive, caring, and attentive to the needs of the residents. I highly recommend Eva Tilley Home.
