Our family recently moved my grandfather, Chen, into Eva Tilley and we have been very happy with the experience so far. The team made the transition feel smooth, supportive and reassuring. The staff have been accommodating, patient and understanding of our family’s needs. We’re grateful for the high standard of service and care being provided.
The staff and management are fantastic. They even helped me transfer mum to this facility so we are together. They even allowed me to bring my cat with me who absolutely adores the place and the residents. They have helped me in every way. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. My mother recently passed away. The care that all the staff gave my mum was unbelievable. I am so grateful she was in this facility.
