To begin with, I have been a patient of Dr Arkin's for the past 15 years & I have always found her to be very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate & professional. Her nursing staff & office staff have also been respectful, courteous & professional. This is no longer the case. Lori Robinson, the "front office supervisor" was the most unkind, unreasonable, unprofessional & rude staff person I have ever encountered. Things sure have changed since Francis retired! She used to run the front office.
I travel over an hour to see Dr Arkin. She is the best Gynocologist I've ever had! She listens, is compassionate and kind. I am confident I am receiving the best care possible.
