Dr. Arkin takes her time with you and answers all questions. She is personable and always has a smile and never makes you wait.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arkin's for many years and have dealt with extensive wait times (always at least an hour), rude staff, and a 10 minute policy (if you are 11 minutes late, your appt is cancelled) because Dr. Arkin is a very good doctor. My last nightmare caused me to wait for 2 hrs, not be seen, then come back the following day and wait another hour before my aggravation timed out and I walked out.
I understand Dr. Arkin is a great doctor, but that does me no good if I can't get in to see her. It takes months to see her, so I saw another doctor in the practice, but she moved. Then I went to see another doctor, but she retired, so I'm back in line to see Dr. Arkin again. I would ask your primary care physician or ask your friends and find a doctor who has good credentials that has the time and cares enough to see you.
I've tried every doc in that practice and she was the first that I felt I bonded with. She was kind, interested and personable. I definitely will see her again.

Dr. Arkin listens. And she doesn’t rush. And she was able to diagnose my problem quickly and accurately. Her experience shows I wish I could still use her now that I am on Medicare.
Dr. Arkin is a wonderful doctor! She spends time with her patients and is happy to answer all questions! She has been my doctor for many years!
Dr. Arkin's office schedules appointments only to run behind 45 - 75 minutes. For my visit in Feb. 2018, I was on time yet waited 1-1/2 hours which caused me to miss an appointment afterward. My follow-up exam was worse. I arrived at 11:55 for a noon appointment and it was 12:40 pm before they said it would be another 30-40 minutes. I doubt Dr. Arkin would wait for her accountant that long without switching accountants! They don't value a patient's time or care that we're taking time off work.
I have now been seeing Dr. Arkin for many yrs. As a RN for 40 yrs. I am insanely "picky" re: the choosing of physicians who have, will and do take care of my health. Dr. Arkin is simply the BEST. She is always professional, spends as much time as needed with her pt.s (never makes one feel rushed), seems to know what one is feeling & trying to explain almost instinctively and is an excellent role model in what one should feel and look like when leading a healthy life style. Highly recommend.
