I have been a tenant of Eva Realty now for 3 years and I couldn't be happier. From the process of getting the place, to losing my keys and having random requests for my place, they make everything run smoothly and try their best to accomodate me. My nearly 4 years living at 5431 Conn. Ave. NW Apt 204 have been exceptional in its location and the management of EVA Realty. One enhancement I'd like Edouard to accomplish is getting me added to the tenant email list so that I get messages and communications direct and timely from the building's Board. It would be much better with this email connectgion.
