My nearly 4 years living at 5431 Conn. Ave. NW Apt 204 have been exceptional in its location and the management of EVA Realty. One enhancement I'd like Edouard to accomplish is getting me added to the tenant email list so that I get messages and communications direct and timely from the building's Board. It would be much better with this email connectgion.
