Very disappointed, as a nail tech was very rude, cut cuticles, ignored my pain, rolled her eyes in anger, snatched my hands until I had finally had enough. Manager was not available. First desk girl was notified and not even 10 min later (after not being spoken to about the incident with me) she was working on another customer. I am well aware that if a service provider does not care about what they provide, I recognize that to tell as many people I know and to never patronize their business again.

They do such a wonderful job! Paulina does mine & my moms nails. She is very patient with you. I bring my kids & she absolutely loves them! She is always helping me with them & again very patient with you!
