Crooks! I wasn't told up front that there would be a charge for diagnostics. It was only after I left my car there that they told me it was $179 for them just to look at what was wrong with the car. Two days later I get a call saying the estimate for the repair is $1142.34. Oh and my $179 does not go towards the repair cost! This is a bad air bag module in a 2011 Jetta.
