I drove from Phoenix to Arizona with my 2013 BMW 335i F30 just for these guys to work on my car and they did not disappoint at all! They spent time not only installing a bootmod3 tune, H&R sport springs, and Macht Schnell wheel spacers, but actually walked me through and answered a lot of questions I had. DO NOT GO OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM EUROPEAN AUTO SOURCE. I had them work on one of my e60 m5, 1st they didnt put the correct oil in the rear diff, so i had the famous rear diff grind at slow turns, now they claiming they didnt even do the work yet charged me. They claiming they didnt have enough time, when 1st - they had the car for a week, 2nd - it takes less amount of time to flush the rear diff then do an oil change. I spent 4k with them on maintenance for my car and now i have to make sure that the work actually was done? ... read more

The SMG service was performed on your M5; it's clearly stated on your work order. We could not complete the differential service in the small amount of time given, which was brought to your attention in detail during vehicle pickup. The cost for both SMG and differntial flush is $250 - you were refunded half ($125) since the differential service could not be performed by the time your vehicle was picked up, due to the amount of work involved.
