6 stars on a 5-star scale ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had EAS pull lowering springs installed by a different tuner, and replace them with springs they recommended for our specific BMW model. We had prior positive experiences with the other springs on other BMWs, but our specific BMW works better with a different brand of lowering spring. Not only did EAS find a damaged shock boot (done by the other installer just a few months ago), they also happened to have the correct BMW shock boot on hand.
