Love this place and all the staff thy really are great I leave with a smile every time
These are the best people I have ever worked with! They are honest, never recommending something that doesn't need to be done. They are fair. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction! This is rare in today's world, but they embody it. I highly recommend them!

Very customer service oriented, up to date /modern facilities. Best place in the Knoxville Tennessee area to service your vehicles if you have Benz, Porsche, Audi, Lambo, Land Rover, or any other European vehicles. Great staff beginning with Jade at front desk to the General Manager Andrew both of whom have been with E.A.G. for years.
Been going here for years when I had a BMW but haven't been since they moved to the beautiful, new location. Got my oil changed on my 2013 C250, they got it done fast and for way less than Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. I appreciate you all and will be back.
