I’ve used them before to do work on my Mercedes and was happy with their work. However, I just called and spoke with Jade about my BMW to ask for an idea of what it would cost to replace a water pump if they determined that was my problem. She would not provide any quote or even estimate without bringing it in for a $119 diagnostic fee first (which is not credited toward any repair). Just stopped in today to get my oil changed on my Audi A4. After dealing with the dealer for 3 days I decided to find somewhere new. This place is amazing! They do a 50 point inspection with every oil change and SEND you the link in a text with ALL the information and pictures. From the first phone call to returning home this is the smoothest service I have ever received.
