I arrived tonight at 7:45 two employees working and two customers in their chairs. I was just now told to leave come back another time too busy. there was no one else in the place and they close at 9. I have been coming for numerous years and that was just rude. I will not return. this was the only time in my schedule this week.
Absolutely horrible. I’ll never return. Dip job was done really bad and when I asked for them to fix it, I was told no. Not even 20 minutes after leaving, the matte top coat is peeling off

Absolutely horrible... I used to come here all the time, with no issues... just had a pedicure and manicure (no tips, just paint) and they charged me $76!! They did NOT listen to what I requested as far as a design and color of the design. They kept swapping people in and out, which more than likely resulted in them doing exactly what I asked them not to do. It wasn’t full and it took an hour and a half. One lady answered a FaceTime call while doing my toes. Will never recommend this place or go back.
I’ve never had an issue... they’re accommodating people, if you have something you don’t like, they will fix it!
Honestly bad experience, didn’t listen to what shape I wanted my nails, the acrylic laid very thick, my polish is rough...now my nails are so ugly....
I love this nail place! I have been going here for over 10 years. I have been through a lot of nail techs here, and I do have my favorites. Some of the others have messed up my nails and I always complain the next time I go or when I am there. By now they know that I am particular and do my nails the way I like them. I only ask for the couple in the front row and they always are fast and efficient, even when I give them a pic of what I want. I have tried other nail places and I always come back to this one. I have been coming here for years and have always had pleasant experiences. Went this week for a fill and I will not be going back again. First of all, there is all new faces and not one original person who used to be there, it took the man over an hour FOR A FILL, they look terrible, and 2 days later my nail broke. Normally I’d just deal, but I’m getting married this weekend and I need my nails to be perfect. Went and attempted to get it fixed and was told I needed to wait 40 minutes.
