Superior Customer Service! Located still inside our 'North Hanover Mall'. I've been going here since I was 16 years old! Way back when mom used to give me $20-30 dollars to go hang at the mall. This was my go-to place, (Pricing has increased as well as anything has/would since 10-15 years ago!) I always felt welcomed here, never judged! Never again. Went three times for dip manicures. First two were good. Lasted a month with no issues. I had not had a manicure for 6 months when I went back for the third time, and my nails were healthy and strong. The third time the manicure did not look right...seemed strange as he was working. He scraped up my fingers when filing to the point I had a cut under a nail that felt like I was being stabbed when I touched it. I got my nails done yesterday at Europe Nails in the mall and oh my is all I can say. The person I had do my nails was horrible. As he was filing my nails, he filed too far into my cuticles that I needed to put a bandaid on my one finger as my cuticle was bleeding as well as he didn’t realize that he was bleeding all over the files he was using as well as getting it on my fingers. I will start by saying Henry is wonderful. It stops there. Rude. Confrontational. Zero.customer service with everyone but Henry. Tried to.charge $5 extra for coffin shape. The employees were fighting with each other the entire time. All of the customers were stressed out. I was actually shaking from all the arguing. This used to be my favorite place. I will never go back again!
They messed up my wife’s nails and didn’t refund her!!! That was on my CC!!!! I want my money back!!!!
they were very unprofessional. felt rushed, they didnt want to do what I wanted done,the nails themselves were sloppy, the guy that did them was rude. all around a bad experience
I was very unhappy with the cost of this salon to get should a poor job done and a terrible massage. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never return!
NEVER will I go to this nail place again! VERY rude to the customers! And always talking badly about the customer in their language! And ridiculous prices when their work aren’t even that good! Charged me extra money for the length! But did not charge my cousin and her nails were longer than mine. And we were there together!
