Absolutely terrible. I paid for the man doing my pedicure to be distracted by everyone else in the building as well as the phones. Don’t come here if you expect full attention.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HENRY!!! not only did the establishment make sure to communicate with me to make a small error corrected, but upon returning to have the service fixed I was treated so respectfully! Beyond even that, I saw Henry again provide the most amazing service to a Spanish lady when he himself unexpectedly spoke Spanish!!!! THEY JUST EARNED A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER....
I absolutely LOVE going to this place!!! I have been going here for years...I love Chi, Tang and the first time I have experienced Yen, today’s visit....Me and my 10 year old went in for pedicures and I needed a fill. I normally only allow Tang and Chi to do my nails but Yen did an amazing job on my pedicure and Tang gave her a high recommendation so I believed him and OMG!! I am so happy I did. My nails were not smooth. I asked the lady to fix it and she ended up messing it up more. Then she took a gash out of my finger with a file and didnt even say sorry. Then without me asking she started beating on my back and arms like some sort of massage. It was very weird. I asked for a discount because of my bleeding finger and messed up nails. Still got charged the full $40! I wont be going back there!
They are fair, honest ,considerate ,friendly and they treat you with respect. I’ve been to a lot of places but if you want your nails done you be right this is the place to go. I won’t go anywhere else..
