Purchased a bike from them in Ohio. Pictures were certainly not descriptive. I let Daryl know to send me any pictures of imperfections, multiple times and he didn’t and said the bike was mint. Super wrong as there are scratches all over that are not in the pictures nor the inspection sheet from the shipping company. I sent them pictures and it took them a month to contact the shipping company. The agreed to pay for the damages and then backed out of it and had a “new GM” call me to tell me.
