Purchased and had a parlor palm plant shipped to me in NY. The plant I received was smaller than described. Without too much back and forth, a new plant was sent . This one is exactly as described…healthy and lush! Shipping on both plants was speedy.

Excellent Customer Service! Other day was a month for my Areca Palm, She's going nuts with new sprouts opening. Long trip out to California but packaged very well and truthfully didn't really notice any kind of shock. This is a great company. They stand behind their products. I ordered a papaya tree as a gift for my grandson, and it was in bad shape when it arrived. I notified them with a picture and the plant was replaced within a week. The new plant (see picture) is healthy and beautiful. Looking forward to having papayas in about a year. I will be ordering an avocado tree next. Diyah

i would not buy from eureka farms again. i sent them pictures when i opened the box on my evergreen shrubs and the leaves were falling off. now after winter 3 seem to be coming back from the ground (note these were 1 gal. plants) and two are dead. they will not take responsibility. also when i ordered 30 makie yews from them (gal. also) they took starter plant pots and put them in gallon pots.
Eureka Farms Nursery is a dream company to do business with. They offer fantastic customer service but beyond even that, which is rare these days, they have real skill with growing and caring for plants. You just can’t tell what the health or the actual size of a plant will be from the online stock photos. My Norfolk Island Pine could not have arrived in more pristine condition or looked more healthy and beautiful. It was packaged and shipped with great care and shipped really fast.
