I would confidently recommend Gene as a real estate agent. He came to our initial meeting prepared with comps and had researched our neighborhood. Gene had our house ready to list and hosted an open house within a week of us meeting him. He relayed offers quickly and thoroughly, considering pros and cons of each offer. After hiring and then firing then hiring again, Eugenio,(Gene) did a very good job and seemed very thorough about what was going on and what was needed to get things done even when he was fired and I was selling one of my properties he and I chatted about what should be done, he wanted to help me out and that was something he didn't have to do but he did and I appreciated it very much and I appreciated the work he did on selling this recent property. He was even comfortable to work with in both languages . Give him a raise
