Beyond happy with this office. I had gone to urgent care for issues that I was having and was told to see a neurologist. I chose this office since they were extremely helpful to my best friends brother and I’m glad I followed suit. Vicky was absolutely amazing and was able to fit me in for a zoom appointment asap and was so accommodating. After my appointment Vicky kept in touch asking if things were going ok. Dr. Blank is a very caring individual. She has never rushed us when we have appointments & I will say the same for the secretaries, always willing to help.
I have never had anything but a good experience with Dr. Blank and her staff. I had a long time neurologist for migraines since I was a kid and when I got a concussion my neurologist was not able to get me in due to staffing issues and doctors leaving the practice. My PCP referred me to Dr. Blank. She was able to get me in for a scan right away and and then the follow up. Patient of Dr. Blanc’s and will definitely be leaving! I can never get in touch with anyone at the office and never receive a call back. Appointments before have been shorts and not personal. I am headed out of the country tomorrow, and have been calling for over TWO WEEKS to get my epilepsy medication filled. I have called about 7 times and nothing. It goes straight to voicemail. I have also called my PCP and they sent my refill to a pharmacy in the wrong state!! So now I have to BEG the pharmacy and my PCP to give me enoug... read more
All Dr Blank interested in is $$$$. Could care less about patients. Waited weeks for some test results which she could have told me over the phone when she called me at my request. Nope, she scheduled a zoom meeting. $$$$
