THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER... The first so called "no call, no show" we had was when they told us that the doctor had a family emergency and was unable to see us. They said they will wave the fee. REALLY? Then they had said we had an appointment a week ago which we never set up so they charged us $50 because of our first "no call, no show" was waved. They then said the first time was their fault but they will still hold that one against us.

My daughter discovered that Dr Eugene Rosenman does not see patients for psychiatric issues but rather simply prescribes medicine to mitigate symptoms. His approach is to ignore issues and simply mask the problems though monthly 15-minute "medicine management". Her condition seemed to have worsen since meeting with him while under a "L2K".
Presume incompetance.
I don’t have Dr. Rosenman, my Doctors name is Ngozi Ugwu , APRN , and I am very happy to have her , she is such a great Phsyciatrist and very Nice a good listener too. I recommend this clinic with 5 Stars
wish I could give them no stars because this place is literally the worst place you could go to for help. They just want to get you in and out all while not even listening. They don't care about their patients so save your time, do a little research and find someone's else for your mental health.
I can't believe I went to his office for 10 years. His staff was extremely unpleasant and never returns voicemails or responds to requests. You'll have to call and pester them multiple times a day. He only saw me once then shoved me off onto a different NP every visit so that there was no consistency in my care. Finally going through the arduous process of finding a new doc after they left me stranded without my meds while I was out of state recovering from surgery. Literally my worst nightmare!
This is just a MONEY-MILL!! It was impossible to reach a live person on the phone until just recently when they changed their phone system and hired new people at the front desk that actually answered. When you do come in for an appointment, you see Dr. Rosenman one time. He does not talk to you. He recommends that you find someone for talk therapy. From that point on, you see his physician's assistant to write your prescriptions. No one there talks to you. It's a prescription dispensary only.
You will just see this ''doctor'' once--then you will be assigned to one of the non-doctors that will just write a prescription for what Rosenman recommended during the short first meeting that you had with him. Last time I was there 11 patients were in the waiting room. They were waiting for 2 of the non-doctors. The way I see it-it is a money making operation--nothing more. I had a psychiatrist in Seattle-he treated me like a human being for a change. Look for another Dr.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
