This office is terrible. The receptionist yelled at me when trying to make an appointment and then hung up on me. I’ll never go there again.

I see all the 1 stars, but I call tell you Patrick Apilado is great. I guarantee the 1 stars were not toward him but other members of the staff. Suggest to see Patrick and you won’t go wrong.

I have seen Dr. Patrick Apilado for a few years now! He is beyond incredible! He has gone above & beyond to help me thru some rough times! He has always believed in me & been a great encouragement to my life. My husband also thinks highly of him! I always feel listened to! That is real important for our relationship! He gives me time to share how I've been doing & coping with life! I definitely recommend Dr Patrick to anyone dealing with bipolar! He gets 5 stars! I highly recommend Seraquel (quetiapine is the generic drug) f... read more

Listen, if they offer you payment arrangements, the front office and/or billing won’t hold up their end of the bargain, but you won’t know that until it’s appointment time and your almost out of meds. It won’t matter if it’s for you or your child; it won’t matter if you held up your end of the payment arrangement, and it sure as the heck doesn't matter to them if you can’t afford the entirety of the bill. They know in the moment of your appointment time, you won’t have a choice but to do what they want. I have been making pa... read more

Rosenman was the only mental health practitioner in the State, who could evaluate me per my insurance. Rosenman had to be called three days in a row before he came in to “evaluate me” even though I had not been seen by any mental health professional after having a severe mental breakdown and untreated lifelong trauma. The facility finally got him to come in on a Sunday, after I had already been hospitalized for 5 days without any form of mental health care assessment or treatment. I was then diagnosed by Rosenman as bipolar ... read more

Beyond bad. From interns nodding off during my appointments, to doctors who yell at you, obnoxious wait times, to the highly incompetent office staff....go elsewhere! Issues: submitted new Medicare insurance. Incompetents billed old insurance which resulted in me receiving a $170 bill which I HAD to waste my time rectifying. 2. Their automated appointment reminder system adores NOT leave a message on one’s answering machine. All other doc offices today text, email AND leave v/m for senior appointment reminders. 3. When resch... read more

If you want to see an actual MD at this clinic, expect to wait forever. The PA's follow incompetent screening techniques to diagnose conditions. They love to bombard you with inappropriate meds, based on incorrect diagnoses. I checked with another psychiatric center, which flatly disputed Rosenman center's diagnosis. Be wary of pill-pushing Rosenman, especially Patrick.
