Every detail of the experience was high above satisfactory! They take your bag so you don't have to lug it around everywhere, and store it away nicely at reception. The washing of my hair plus the massage was so nice with the towel over your eyes, I was going to pass out from how comfortable I was!! My hairstylist, I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing, I can't even describe it. She listened to every detail I wanted in my hair cut, and went above and beyond. I really coming to this place! I always go to Grace! She's very nice and I love how she cut my hair. They will also serve you madeleines cookie and chocolates with coffee or tea.
My new favorite hair salon in LA! Amazing service, ambiance, and very talented hair stylists! ^^
Sophisticated ambiance. Multi talented hair and make up artists! The best not just in LA, but all over the world!!! Seriously... I highly recommend Stella for hair and Caroline for make up. =)
