We bought the vehicle we found on CarGurus at Ettleson. Great price, nice dealership, vehicle was exactly as described/pictured. We love it! It was worth the 5 hour drive there to buy it!!!

Original contact was bad. The lady who contacted me was not helpful. Took days to answer questions Then Said I had to call used car manager . Not sure what her job was. Then talked to ken. Who gave me the usual used car salesman run around. After I made a offer. Of course he said he would have to talk to the owners. And after wasting my time called me back a few hours later saying he could only come down 500.00. These folks were good, just slow to respond. They need to learn not everyone is in the same situation. For me, an insurance claim issue. I had little time.
