They did contact me to let me know vehicle was getting set and no pictures were available. I asked for a ball park price, because I was looking at another one just a different color. They could not yet but would asap. I contacted them by phone and email many times wondering what the status was on the vehicle. Again told was not done to be seen either in shop or clean-up, would let me know when I could see it & price. Meanwhile the other vehicle I was considering was sold. My sales agent Leah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was very transparent, did exactly what she said she would. She carried me thru the sale from beginning to end. The DEALERSHIP themselves weren't so transparent. I specifically chose a franchised dealership because I THOUGHT I would get the best service, the most honest service. But THIS dealership sold me a 2011 SRX Cadillac knowing that it had bad hub assembly's, a trunk motor that didn't work and a leaking power steering pump.
