Very unprofessional staff. Perhaps if you hired someone older than a teenager with attitude to be a receptionist it would help.
I saw Dr. Brown in Ophthalmology. She was so kind, personable and professional. Everyone I encountered, from front desk, to nursing and the surgery scheduler, was very welcoming and friendly. I would easily refer my family and friends to this office.
Dr Powers did my lipograft surgery for reconstruction. He is fabulous! His bedside manners are impeccable and he cares about his patients. I am very pleased with my results.
Unhelpful and rude front desk. I don't feel comfortable getting any care here as their attitude shows they are not compassionate. Sad to have such people in healthcare behave this way with patients.
Dr Aebi is such a wonderful doctor who listens to concerns and addresses each one. He is also very kind and knowledgeable about his profession.
