I had 16 flush walnut doors installed in our offices and waiting room last from year from ETO. They are absolutely beautiful.
ETO's: pros, cons, summary. Pros: - Internet price matching (with just about anyone!) - Huge inventory of doors in stock - Plenty of parking - Will make custom doors for you on site - Plenty of sales people - Carry a variety of residential and commercial doors and hardware. Cons: - Pre-Hung Custom Units are Non-refundable. - Waiting Times on the phone can take a couple of minutes Summary: Consider this the Walmart of Doors. The inventory here is truly huge and varied. We combined our ETO door with an 1880 horse drawn carriage part that I found at an antique center. Adapted it as a handle. My contractor asked me if I paid $6,000 for the door. Needless to say I gave him ETO's web-site. Thanks again ETO for the show piece of my wine cellar
We got three estimates for supplying glass doors in our home. ETO's bid was significantly lower than the other bids and what really impressed me was Chris' knowledge. This guy knows doors. Chris made sure everything turned out perfectly and on time. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and the entire ETO staff did an excellent job helping us out. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.
Excellent service by ETO Garage Doors. I am very happy about the sales person, Mei and her knowledge and expertise in answering all of my questions. She followed up with me at every step of the process to make sure everything went as scheduled. The service was very good and I would recommend that you would consider their services when you obtain your estimates. This is the second garage door I've had purchased from ETO, and I got great results both times.

I just brought the 1 lite Aluminum Entry Door for my home at ETO Doors. The Aluminum Door complemented the modern look of my home better than I expected. I really would like to take my time to say thanks ETO Doors for a wonderful job.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. ETO Doors is awful. We paid over $3000 up front and were told that it would be 3 weeks (at most) for them to be done. Well, it is nearly 11 weeks later, and we still haven't seen them. Leigh, one of the "managers" made countless promises, and never followed through with any. We should have canceled the order when Leigh called me after 2.5 weeks of holding my money, and said that he had misquoted the job and that they needed to charge more.
