RecommendedI’ve been renting with them for a little over a week with one minor problem being fixed fairly quickly. They sent a guy named Vladimir that was lovely. He actually seemed to want to fix what was wrong right and he even waited with me for the gas company to get there. So far I’m a happy customer. Good property, good price and so far excellent customer service.
This is the Absolute worst management company! They make you pay for maintenance but won’t come unlock the building if you forgot your keys they will make you pay $150 which is not in the lease !Melissa Michaela and Alexa are all horrible managers and don’t care at all about any of the residents and I’m sad I signs an 18 month lease! they ran a scam on me and my wife. I rented a house from them. they took my money never applied it to my account then tried to evict me. I was told they switched management from moudy property management to ethosity . I had a four month lease and the house had many issues which they never fixed. never met one person from these guys . just received email saying to pay them. I was like wtf.. I would not recommend ethosity
it's been one month since I have been renting this property from these people. It has been a rollercoaster! First of all; they do not answer their phones when you call. when I first moved in, the stove was rusty and smelly, door was not installed properly, the carpet was dirty. It took them 2 weeks to even send someone over. I had a flood in the basement it took them 3 days to send someone and now they refused to clean the carpet in the basement which is soaked and has a bad ordor due to water damaged. Awesome management company, they have good properties, good prices, and excellent customer service Melissa is GREAT !!! I have had a couple of work orders, and they are completed and right the first time e around call and ask to speak w/ Melissa .
Amazing company to rent from. Very honest, dependable. When you have an issue with your property, they are on top of it. Melissa is great to work with and talk to. Highly recommend renting from this company.
