I was charged a five dollar fee for using a debit card (illegal in the state of texas) then was charged a 100$ fee for a weightloss medication… was told it wasnt accepted by insurance even though I later checked and it was… when I saw the medication was ready for pick up it said 45$ I called the office back and said what was the 100$ for if not the medication?
