We are a specialty outdoor store located in Estes Park, Colorado at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Since 1986 we have been offering equipment, apparel, rentals and guided trips and instruction for all of our favorite activities. We offer in-season inventory as well as closeout inventory. We have a huge rental department featuring camping equipment, climbing equipment, bikes, snowshoes, downhill skis, snowboards and sleds

Very cool shop with some very cool people. Kids LOVED the rock wall. Our instructor was great with them.

They guided our five year old grandson to the very top of the climbing wall TWICE!! The instructor was super helpful and encouraged our little mountain goat all the way

What a fantastic guided hike this afternoon to Emerald Lake. Tyler was a stellar guide. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great hike. Thanks Tyler and my photos are stunning. Special thanks to the gentleman behind the cash register for the loan of the rain jacket...that poncho I purchased would not have been adequate.

Just booked our rock climbing tour for our honeymoon later this month, and have to say our experience so far has been awesome! Kyle is superior in customer service, super helpful and knowledgeable, and really wanted us to have a trip of a lifetime. We cannot wait to make it out there and stop by to check everything out! We are confident our day trip will match the same level of excellence. Highly recommend.

We cant brag enough about the guided fly fishing tour we received with Matt through Estes Park Mountain Shop. First time fly fishing done right! The front desk booked our tour fast. Then the employee was super helpful, telling us where to go to see the best sights around Estes Park before our guided tour. We arrived 7:45 on a Sunday and Matt was on time. The entire staff are excellent. Everybody had great knowledge of the products and the sports. Affordable equipment rentals and check out the bargain basement.
