I had the pleasure of visiting the Esteem Penn State Health Cosmetic Ass. and had a procedure done by T Nicole Kelly and found her to be professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was wonderful as were all the young ladies at this medical building. I will be returning.

I nearly died after Jessyka Lighthall operated on my broken nose. I got pneumonia & sepsis bc of her poor standards. Lighthall didn’t give a damn. Lighthall forced my family to take me in a wheel chair outside her office in December, it was freezing cold, because of her fear I had covid (it was sepsis). What doctor cannot recognise Sepsis?! Lighthall charged me several thousand pre operation for “cosmetic” surgery saying I had to pay to secure a surgery date. But my insurance actually paid for the surgery. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Walen. Right from the beginning, through to my last visit with him - he was, without question, THE best "doctor experience" I've had. I went to him for a neck procedure. I was upfront with what I wanted - or what I did NOT want... He listened to me, and told me what he would do, based on what I'd told him.
