Just No! I am sick of the rude management and office assistance! They take forever to fix something and get mad when you call again to report the same issue. Just found out from my neighbor they had to change their name from Regal Springs due to all the complaints and drug/violence that was non-stop.This is not a safe place for someone with a family!

Find somewhere else to move to I've been here for a year and first off they do not have 24 security patrol. There is a lot of crime over here and I hear gun shots constantly. People getting robbed on the property! They lied and said new management would turn it into a gated complex but just like everything else staff states, it never happened. They have roaches that you have to pay to get rid of, if you have something that needs to be fixed in your home, they will come out weeks later to fix and probably won't fix it correct... read more

Creekbend First I want to say that the apt is big and it is within our budget but we moved in about a month ago and when we moved in things were not ready. We waited almost a month before we got kitchen drawers. Our ceiling fan in the living room still does not work. We can only use one bathroom because the other has been stopped up for about 2 weeks.
