Your workers could be a lot more professional looking. Didn't they learn how to look and act professional anywhere? A big red messy baby bun ontop of your head isn't professional. Now I know why you have to make little live videos and can't sell cars.
Jay jay was our sales person and he was awesome! Our focus was falling apart and they put us in a 2017 escape and we absolutely love it! They worked with us the whole way and we appreciate it!!!
They are nice while you are buying and make all kinds of promises to you. The salespeople come and go there so their word means nothing. And the service department is so rude. I am very disappointed and don't recommend them to anyone. Be aware and get it in writing because it will bite you in the end. Thanks for nothing!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. 101$ for diag on a sunroof and they have no idea what's wrong with it. For those of you who don't know. diagnose means "figure out the problem"! Carrie the service advisor has a terrible temper and tried to make me out to be the bad guy when the head advisor got brought into problem. I will never ever ever do business with this dealership again. Thanks for nothing Ford. Horrible service!!I have been to this place 4 times for the same little plastic piece in my vehicle and even had the service super visor chuck get involved, they can't fix the most tiny thing and didn't give me any papers for any service they did, they did not fix anything that was wrong they called it normal and I even contacted consumer affairs and they said that they were so wrong on what is NORMAL.. This dealership is about as sorry as you can get . The management sold a truck we were approved on and couldn't get there to sign paper work on until we got off work. The management sold the truck out from under us. Poor management and poor judgmental call on all parties involved!!!
