The service department. How do these people keep jobs? Their always so rude. How hard is it to be friendly? Don’t make a call while I’m checking my car in. One customer at a time. And don’t be rude while I’m just letting you know I’m sitting with my truck. While it’s getting a oil change. No need to be rude Anthony. I think maybe have a meeting with the service department.

Pulled in for my wife’s check up. 378,000 mile check up. Oil change, filters, fuel filters, rotated tires, wiper blades. Then washed and vacuumed the inside. This took only one hour. Will be returning, rather than an independent garage which was $90.00 more than The Ford Dealer. Heck yeah we will be going back.
I came in on Tuesday 1-16-18 to make a appointment for my truck. Came in person. Because I had a nail in it. To get a new tire put on. So they made my appointment for 1-22-18 @7am. So here I am. A week later. And their telling me. They have to order a tire. And will have my truck most of the day. Hell no! They’ve had all week to get a tire here. knew I was coming. Knew it had a nail .
