horrible. horrible. horrible. this must be a joke. my truck is already in a diffrent state getting the work it needs. just got my return call for just an appointment. you need to start paying me for wasting a week, and also the ware and tear of driving past my oil and maintenance. PATHEDIC. and the funny thing is i dont write crap like this to anyone! have a great day!
Terrible Salesman and service department had to go back and forth to dealership 6 different times after buying a new explorer and finally had to talk to manager over store to get it fixed
