Totally Awesome.... I have no clue what Tommy C. is saying. The front desk is the best. Always friendly and professional. The rest of the staff is wonderful. If I have a problem that needs attention right way I am taken in as soon as possible even if to just check out what needs done. Dr. Essay is the best dentist I have had. Have been with this office for over 10 years. I recommend him and his staff fully.
Nothing Special I was recommended here by a relative and must say that while the dentist was nice, nothing in particular stood out as exemplary. The location was convenient, however the entire experience was nothing to rave about.
Excellent Dentist & Terrific Staff! I have had many dentists treat my teeth @ various offices, but none as great as Dr. Essey! He is very gentle & his staff is professional & courteous. His front office manager was very informative & thorough when explaining my insurance benefits and treatment, and the office is brand new & very clean. I can't imagine anyone giving his office a negative review, and will happily refer patients to see for themselves.
WONDERFUL DENTIST My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Essey since he has opened his practice. We have had general dental care, crowns, root canals, and bridge work done. NEVER has the Doctor, assistants, or office personnel been anything but professional, caring, and courteous. We have recommended the practice to many friends and all have expressed their satisfaction.
A Great Dental Practice at a Convenient Location! In 2008 Dr Essey moved his office to RIDC Park. It is a beautiful office with a great view. The building is easy to find (right next to Max n Erma's). It's an easy place to get to after work or at lunch if you happen to work in RIDC. Plus access is easy from Rte 28. But the main thing is that the Doctor & staff are very kind, clean & gentle.
Good Dentist, Poor Customer Service Dr. Essey is a great dentist. I've been a patient for several years. He recently moved his practice to a new, bigger and better office in a great location. Unfortunately the great customer service I used to receive at the old location has diminished. The front desk person is not a good fit and has no idea of what customer service is. Good Dentist Dr. Essey is a good dentist, both me and my wife have had treatment here. We've both noticed the professionalism and customer appreciation has gone down a bit since the move to the new office. The service at the old location was better.
Larry D. I became a patient of Dr. Essey when he opened his office at uparc in Harmar twp. I lived in the area , it was convenient. I now live in Cabot,Dr. Essey moved to ridc park,a separation of 30 miles. I continue to use his services because he and his staff are professional and , go above and beyond the norm to put and keep a bright smile on the face of this 77 year old man.
Heidi F. Dr. Essey is one of the best dentists I've ever had. For 10 years, my two front teeth were an embarrassment to me. I would continually hide my smile, and it negatively affected how I felt about myself...especially when I was in public.
