The Best Dr. Essey and his staff are very professional and thoughtful . The office is clean and well organized, as well as very comfortable and soothing. My husband and other family member are also Dr. Essey's patients. We are all very happy with Dr. Essey and his staff. We think he is the BEST dentist that we have ever had.
The Best! I have been going to Dr. Essey since I moved to Pittsburgh many years ago. I always have an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Essey and his lovely team. I am treated like family, and they always work with my crazy schedule. I travel for work and and am rarely in Pittsburgh for long. But I would never let anyone else work on my teeth! Very Good, Professional Dentist Dr. Essey is an excellent Dentist. He is very thorough, and personable as well. His staff (Receptionist AND Assistants) are courteous and well qualified. I've had no problems during my 4 years that I've gone there. His office is not easy to find since it is inside a Medical Campus, but it's worth the effort to locate it. Great practice Dr. Essey came as a part of my marital package. My husband's cousin, Margie is the hygienist in the office and where Margie goes, so goes the family. I came to the practice with a bundle of rotten dental experiences and a serious dislike of dentists. I also came with a moutful of problems. Great "painless" dentistry I have been a patient for years. I have experienced numerous procedures and was extremely satisfied with the competent, professional operation of the entire office and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Essey.
Family friendly Dentist Our family is new to Pittsburgh. Our kidâs are 13, 11, and 3. Dr. Essey came highly recommended. I had concerns with my 3yo seeing the dreaded Dentist for the first time. The hygienist had a definite expertise with my 3yo. Everything the hygienist did was explained and demonstrated at precise âtoddlerâ pace. Any anxiety was wisped away within the first minute. Awesome I been a patient of Dr Essey since he started. I will never go anyplace else. I've had fillings, crowns, root canals, and he and his staff has always made me comfortable and relaxed thru all my procedures. Margie is the best hygienist I ever had and I will follow Dr Essey and his staff where ever he goes.
Janet Dr. Essey is a very gental dentist. I have never walked out of his office wishing I hadn't been there. I don't find myself clinching my hands and being nervous. If only I had found him years ago I may not have the problems I now have. I have been to dentist that want to do work that is not necessary. Dr Essey has never suggested for me to have work done that was not needed. His staff has always introduced theirselves to me and I feel I have know them for years. I actually love going to tghe dentist.
front office is useless Dr Essey has provided top notch service until my wifes last visit. The problem I have is the front office. My company switched insurance providers in the middle of the year. We told the front desk and they still billed the wrong company (it took them 4 months to request payment). After calling to get them to submit the claim to the correct insurance, the deadline for payment of claims had passed.
