Max is GREAT! Provides a good experience, very professional, and he does a great job!
My husband and I just moved from E. Lansing to Indiana and one of the things we miss most is that we can't have Heather do our hair anymore! She is the best hairdresser either of us have ever had! She is super fun and sweet to talk to! She always did our hair the way we asked to have it done which made the appointments much more satisfying and less stressful than our experiences with many other hair salons!
Laura is an excellent aesthetician! So thorough and always leaves me feeling great! She is also very fast and no double dipping here!!
First time at salon, very nice people, I was greeted by a very nice and polite gentleman at the front desk, i had no wait time, got right in, staff were all very welcoming and polite, Rachelle did my hair and I absolutely love it!! She listened to what I wanted and did just that, actually even better than what I had in mind, she took extra time and curled it for me and showed me how to do it at home as well, i definitely felt important at this salon and will be going back!! Thank you Rachelle☺

I have been going to Essex for literally my entire life and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Rachelle has been my go to person for everything for six years now and she is the best! She did my up-do for my senior prom and I have been going to her ever since. Manicures, brow waxes, up-dos, styles, colors, cuts, you name it! I am so grateful to be her client and highly recommend her (or anyone else!) at Essex. :)
