RecommendedPrompt appointment and great service
Charged me for some additional treatment I didn't even authorize on my teenage daughter's hair. For a root touch-up and trim (the ONLY things I authorized) the total was $160 plus tip. Very displeased. The stylist did ok but I'm so angry about the extra undisclosed, we definitely won't be back.

I can really appreciate the great work these women are doing. I am not to picky when it comes to my hair, as long as its easy to maintain and looks good. I have use 3 different stylists (because I never schedule, I walk in) and each one has done a wonderful job. You can feel the professionalism with every cut. The team at Essex really care for your look and how you feel. WHEN YOU LOOK GOOD YOU FEEL EVEN BETTER. Also, great prices and deals.
