I arrived on time and Dr. Horenstien was running a tiny bit late. She came out and tole me she would be ready in a few moments and that was the case. In fact she returned to get me almost immediately. The cleaning I rec'd was done by hand by the doctor. It was very complete and she answered a few questions I had about straightening my teeth. The reception staff was friendly and capable explainint to me some nuances regarding billing. I was very satisfied.
My favorite doctor visit always is seeing Bonita. She is thorough, careful, pain-free and always professional. I refer my friends and family to her.
Dr. Hornstein is an incredible dentist who also happens to be a lovely person. She is knowledgable and interested and is constantly continuing her education as well as teaching and sharing what she knows. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!! Dr Bonita Hornstein takes the time and effort to make you feel comfortable. It doesn't feel like you're at the dentist. I avoided the dentist for the past 7 years and my girlfriend dragged me to see Dr Bonita THANK GOD!! I had so many problems and hadn't smiled in YEARS. Dr Hornstein is a fabulous dentist. She is very knowledgable and very patient orientated. She makes sure you have the best dental experience. I wouldn't go to any one else.
Dr. Hornstein was very concerned about my care of my teeth and wanted to take a full mouth X-rays but I turned it down. This will be rectified at the next appointment.
